Terms of Service(shortened)
Visuals Required: You must provide images or reference sheets; text-only requests may be declined or cost extra.Payment & Security: Pay 100% upfront or a 50% non-refundable deposit to start. The remaining 50% is due immediately after you approve the sketch.Refund Policy: Once you approve the sketch, no refunds are allowed. If you cancel before the sketch, the artist keeps at least 20%.Timeline & Edits: Completion takes 3 days to 3 weeks. You get 3 free minor revisions at the end; any more will cost an extra fee.Usage & Credit: No AI training is allowed. You can repost the art, but you must credit.Terms of ServiceBasics-General references must be provided (reference sheets, moodboards, reference images, photobash, lighting, etc.). Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.-Commission will take 3 days to 3 weeks depending on the complexity, position, or how busy I am (I attend a university and have a lot of projects, exams, study materials, etc. to do).-I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.-Putting my work into any AI training program is prohibited.-Reposting and sharing the artwork is OK, but please give credit.-Non-commercial usage of my work must be stated beforehand.Payment-Payment can be either split or upfront. For split payments, at least 50% (NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I start working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before I continue working and finish up your request.-For valid reasons where you need to cancel your commission after paying the first 50% payment but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 20% of the total cost minimum).-If I cannot complete the commission, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).Process-After starting, I will send progress images of the sketch (and flat color if necessary) for your review before approval or so I can make sketch revisions before I proceed with the artwork. Once I receive confirmation of the sketch for me to continue working, refunds may not be requested at this point unless issued by me.-Once finished, I will send one final check for your review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three (3) will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before I proceed to make adjustments.Results-Once the finalized artwork is accepted, I will send you a MegaDrive link or an email for the full resolution artwork. The client must notify beforehand for an email copy.
